Two major earthquakes with a magnitude of 7.7 and 7.6 occurred on February 6 in Kahramanmaraş, Türkiye. Some of the citizens who survived the earthquake left the city, while the rest rushed to the aid of their relatives. On the 16th day of the earthquakes, the search and rescue efforts in Kahramanmaraş came to an end.
As the debris removal process continued, the city fell quiet, its streets covered in a cloud of dust and littered with debris.
