The base established for Bayraktar TB2 mlitary UAVs purchased from Turkey last year in Kyrgyzstan was inaugurated. In his speech at the inauguration ceremony, President Japarov stated that peace and stability in the country starts from the borders of the state and said, “For this very reason, ensuring the security of the borders of Kyrgyzstan is one of the priorities of our country. In the future, efforts will continue to improve the living and working conditions of border guards,” he said.

Hundreds of thousands of Iranians took to the streets after Friday prayers to protest Israel’s recent attacks on the country. The largest gatherings occurred in the capital, Tehran, where demonstrators marched following prayers at Tehran University.
High-ranking officials, including Iran’s Constitutional Court head Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei and former IRGC commander Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari, joined the protest. Participants waved Iranian, Palestinian, and resistance group flags, and trampled on Israeli and US flags laid on the ground.
Protesters held banners reading “Down with Israel”, “Down with the US”, and “The Zionist regime will be destroyed”, while chanting slogans such as “We stand behind our leader”, “Everyone who clashed with Khamenei will eventually be destroyed”, and “Our right to nuclear weapons”.
