The ‘Van Sea Swimming Festival’, aimed at promoting Lake Van in Türkiye and attracting more tourists, promises to offer another year of vibrant activities. The event, supported by the Van Lake Activists Association and organized by Van Metropolitan Municipality’s Department of Culture and Social Affairs, features various activities, including a swim to Çarpanak Island. Salim Işıklı, one of the participants who traveled from Istanbul, lauded the event, particularly appreciating the community support and unique experience offered by Lake Van’s soda-rich water.
