Lightning struck the lightning rod on a mosque dome in Istanbul

In the evening hours of May 26, the lightning bolts illuminated the night in many districts of Turkish city of Istanbul. Also from time to time, rainfall was effective in the high parts of Istanbul. Meanwhile, a lightning struck the lightning rod on the dome of the Büyükçekmece Kuba Mosque. Those moments when lightning struck were recorded by a city resident with a mobile phone camera.
