Uludağ Kebab Restaurant in Türkiye’s Bursa managed to enter the list of 150 most legendary and iconic restaurants in the world, made by the European-based Tasteatlas website. Cengiz Çalışır, the manager of the restaurant, invited Elon Musk because his favorite restaurant in Germany was shut down.
“I worked a verb here for 50 years with the masters Cemal and Cemil. They passed away and left us with this beautiful brand. I try to keep it alive as much as I can. We have been running this place just like a family since 1964. I have been taught to use quality materials, be clean, and have a smiling face since my apprenticeship. And I still always apply these rules, which I learned from my brothers,” said Cengiz Çalışır.
