Meteorite Strikes Batumi, Georgia

A meteorite struck Batumi, Georgia, as a drone pilot was capturing images of illuminated buildings in the city. The meteorite landed on Batumi’s Black Sea coast during a nighttime filming session three weeks ago. Although it briefly illuminated the night sky before transforming into a fiery ball, it disappeared within seconds.
