U.S. District Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro has released new security footage detailing the recent shooting at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner. The video shows 31-year-old suspect Cole Tomas Allen scouting the Washington D.C. hotel a day prior, and later rushing a security checkpoint to fire upon a Secret Service agent. Fortunately, the agent survived unharmed due to a bulletproof vest, and President Donald Trump was safely evacuated along with his cabinet. Allen currently faces federal firearms violations and charges of attempted presidential assassination as the FBI and prosecutors continue their investigation.
