Athletes have started to discover new regions in Türkiye’s Şırnak province, where peace has been restored after acts of terrorism. Areas once considered the second Qandil by terrorists and deemed inaccessible have become a new spot for nature lovers. Dere Beryan Lake, recently discovered on Kato Mountain in the Hale Plateau of the Akçayol village in the Beytüşşebap district, dazzles with its ice-cold waters and clean air.
