Thousands of nurses affiliated with the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) union in the UK have declared a two-day strike to protest against inflation. In their organized protests in front of hospitals and the Prime Minister’s office, nurses are requesting better working conditions and wage increases to keep pace with double-digit inflation. Seventy-three medical facilities are expected to be impacted by the strike of the nurses.
