Nevşehir Governor Ali Fidan said that hot air balloon tours in Cappadocia, one of the distinguished tourism regions of Türkiye, attracted great attention in 2023. According to the data provided by Fidan, a total of 615,63 people participated in 27,418 tours organized in the region in 218 days last year.
The Cappadocia region was included in the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1985.
