Pakistani Army Chief Delivers US Message in Tehran

Pakistan’s Chief of Army Staff, Marshal Asim Munir, met with Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi in Tehran to discuss bilateral ties and regional security developments. During the high-level talks, the Pakistani delegation reportedly delivered a message from the United States to the Iranian government while coordinating parameters for future diplomatic engagement. Iranian Foreign Ministry officials confirmed that all current communications between Washington and Tehran are being routed exclusively through Islamabad.
