Palestinian People Need Protection, says Syrian President Assad

Syrian President Bashar Assad spoke on the attitude of Arab states toward the war between Israel and Palestine at the 8th Extraordinary Islamic Summit held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia yesterday. Stating that the attacks on the Gaza Strip by the Zionists are part of a 75-year process, Assad said, “More Arab tolerance is equivalent to more Zionist brutality and massacre. Assad also stated that Zionists’ barbarianism that got out of hand imposes unprecedented responsibilities on Islamic countries and that the Palestinian people need more to be protected against genocide.
