A small Cessna aircraft made an emergency landing on the train tracks shortly after taking off in Los Angeles, California, USA. The train collided with the plane seconds after the police pulled the injured pilot free from the plane. The incident was recorded by the police camera. The pilot reportedly had cuts and wounds on his body, and was taken to the hospital for treatment and his condition is stable. According to local sources, the passengers on the train survived the accident unharmed.
Hundreds of thousands of Iranians took to the streets after Friday prayers to protest Israel’s recent attacks on the country. The largest gatherings occurred in the capital, Tehran, where demonstrators marched following prayers at Tehran University.
High-ranking officials, including Iran’s Constitutional Court head Gholam Hossein Mohseni Ejei and former IRGC commander Major General Mohammad Ali Jafari, joined the protest. Participants waved Iranian, Palestinian, and resistance group flags, and trampled on Israeli and US flags laid on the ground.
Protesters held banners reading “Down with Israel”, “Down with the US”, and “The Zionist regime will be destroyed”, while chanting slogans such as “We stand behind our leader”, “Everyone who clashed with Khamenei will eventually be destroyed”, and “Our right to nuclear weapons”.
