Acelle and Sultanpınar plateaus, which have multiple ponds on them, in the Akyazı district of Sakarya province, Türkiye, have been completely covered in snow after heavy snowfall.

“We are on the pond in Acelle Plateau, which is 1,150 meters above sea level in Akyazı. It is frozen approximately 10 centimeters. Offering different beauties in every season, Acelle Plateau offers a visual feast in this season as well. It is worth visiting and seeing,” said Akyazı Mayor Bilal Soykan.

“We came to Acelle Plateau and the pond was frozen. This was the first time I saw this place frozen like this. It was fun to walk on it,” said Sevcan Arslan, a visitor.
