Hundreds of Muslims in Tokyo gathered at the Tokyo Mosque for Eid al-Adha prayers. Due to the large crowd, the prayers were held three times. Worshippers from various countries marked the holiday far from home, celebrating together at one of Japan’s most prominent mosques, which was built by Türkiye, and opened in 2000.
