Many people lit candles in remembrance of the Palestinians who died in Gaza and the West Bank during a vigil at Paul Keating Park in Bankstown Suburbs in Australia’s New South Wales. Minister for Employment and Workplace Relations Tony Burke, Minister for Education Jason Clare, and Minister for Industry Ed Husic visited the area as well.
The death toll from the Hamas-Israeli army war exceeded 20,000.
