Pro-Palestinians held marches in more than 70 Spanish cities. In the capital, Barcelona, thousands marched from Sants Station to Spain Square, calling for freedom for the Palestinian people and mobilization for the international community. The demonstrators demanded sanctions against Israel with their slogans and drew attention to the child deaths with their banners.
The demonstrators also slammed European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen with a banner with her photo and written “Miss Genocide” on it.
