Approximately a thousand Palestinian supporters gathered at Adenauerplatz Square, one of the important centers of the German capital, Berlin, to protest the violence committed by Israel in Gaza. The demonstrators called on the international community and the German government to not turn a blind eye to the massacre in Gaza. Speakers especially criticized the attitude of German Chancellor Olaf Scholz and Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock, accusing these two of betraying their voters.
Pro-Palestine protests were also held in many other cities, such as Mainz and Düsseldorf.
