Russia establishes mobile hospital in Hatay, Türkiye

The Erzin State Hospital in Hatay was also damaged in the February 6 earthquake in Türkiye, which affected 11 provinces. Since February 6, patients’ treatment has been provided in tents and containers set up in the hospital’s garden. Russian teams arrived on the 42nd day of the earthquake and set up 9 mobile polyclinic tents in the first stage.

Group Chairman Sergey made the following statement on behalf of the Russian Federation: “As the Russian Federation, we will create such a hospital in Türkiye for the first time. This hospital was built to a high standard and is fully equipped. The hospital has a wide range of equipment and, when fully operational, will service 250 patients each day. It will be developed in such a way that it will treat all diseases and even do surgery. Within three days, we will construct up 20 tent hospitals and send them to the Turkish delegation.”
