After targeted by Russians on February 27, the final state of the Hostomel Airport that located at Ukraine’s Kyiv Oblast, has recorded. Aerial footage of the area has showed Russian forces leaving the airport. The Governor of Kyiv Oblast stated in his social media account that Russian forces were leaving the Hostomel. “We observe the movement of different Russian convoys. Some Russian troops are advancing towards the Belarusian border” The Governor of Kyiv said.
Meanwhile, Russian Deputy Minister of Defence Alexander Fomin had been pointed out that progress has been made in the negotiations with Ukraine held in Turkey’s Istanbul city on March 29. “It was decided to reduce military operations in the Kyiv and Chernihiv directions in order to increase mutual trust, create conditions for further negotiations and achieve the ultimate goal of accepting and signing the agreement” Fomin said.
But the withdrawal of Russian forces from the Kyiv region is seen by the intelligence services of the Western countries as a “major change of strategy”.
