Regional Prosecutors’ Office of Ukraine stated that 2 were killed and 1 was injured during Russia’s missile attack on an energy supply facility in Kyiv on this morning. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that 2 critical infrastructure facilities were affected by the attack. Stating that electricity and water supplies are restricted in the city, Klitschko called on Kyiv residents to save electricity as much as possible.
