Russian soldiers in a helicopter descended on a Palau-flagged Turkish cargo ship, which was sailing towards Ukraine’s Izmail Port in the Black Sea, on August 13 for ignoring the stop warning and warning shots. The ship was allowed to proceed after the inspection team confirmed the international documents.
