A Russian attack on an apartment building in Sumy, northeastern Ukraine, killed four people and injured nine others.
According to Ukrainian authorities, the strike destroyed five apartments and damaged more than 20 vehicles. Emergency services are continuing search operations amid the rubble. Russia has intensified its attacks across Ukraine, targeting civilian areas.
