The Russian army attacked the Kharkiv, Sumy and Odessa regions of Ukraine with drones at night. One of the drones destroyed 18 apartments in a building in the city of Odessa, killed 3 people, and injured 8 others.
After the attack, Ukrainian Prime Minister Volodymyr Zelensky said that Ukraine’s air system should be improved and asked for help from European countries.
