Syrian Democratic Forces said it has reached a comprehensive ceasefire and integration agreement with the Syrian government in Damascus. Under the deal, SDF elements will withdraw from front lines, while government forces will deploy to the centers of Hasakah and Qamishli and integrate with local security units.
