An aftershock with a magnitude of 5.6 struck Türkiye’s Malatya province, killing at least 2 people and injuring 140 others. While the earthquake was felt in many cities, the Kernek Karagözlüler Mosque’s surveillance cameras captured the moment the quake hit. People who took shelter in the mosque as a result of the earlier earthquakes in Kahramanmaraş fled in panic following the aftershock. When a mother ran out with her children, several people did not even attempt to escape during the earthquake.
