Many cats lost their lives on the rocks at Menekşe Coast in the Bakırköy district of Türkiye’s Istanbul province due to severe waves during a storm yesterday. Some cats, mostly kittens, were observed on the land, alongside the garbage dragged by the waves. Citizens provided shelter for the surviving cats.
