The skiing season in Uludağ, one of Türkiye’s important winter tourism and ski resorts, started after the heavy snowfall that occurred in the past few days. Parallel to the demand for hotel reservations, the crowd density on ski slopes began to increase gradually.
A visitor said he had been coming to Uludağ for years and was teaching his child how to ski now. “I have been living in Izmir for 3 years. We have been to Uludağ before, and we liked it very much. The war continues in Ukraine. My family is here now,” said a Ukrainian visitor who came with her husband.
