Small plane carrying 6 people crashed into sea in Mexico

A small plane crashed into the sea in Mazatlan, Mexico. The pilot and his 2-year-old son died, and four others were injured. Mexican Navy teams managed to find the body of the 2-year-old boy but could not reach the pilot, who may have sunk with the wreckage. Eyewitnesses stated that the pilot tried to make an emergency landing because of a malfunction in the engine but lost control of the plane. Wreck removal efforts continue.
