With coming of winter season, cold weather that took effect in Southeastern Anatolia Region of Turkey caused snowfall on high grounds. With heavy snowfall and air temperature dropped down to 20 degrees Celsius below zero, snow depth in Beytüşşebap district of Şırnak city reached up to 2 meters. Local Authority teams are continuing their snow plowing works non-stop in Süryani and Cevizağaç villages of Beytüşşebap even though they are having a hard time due to harsh weather conditions.
