Abant Lake National Park, a popular tourist destination in Bolu, Türkiye was transformed into a winter wonderland with recent snowfall. The park, located near two major cities, Istanbul and Ankara, saw snow accumulation of 15 centimeters, creating a beautiful white landscape for visitors to enjoy.
Tourists who braved the cold and snow, took walks around the snow-covered lake and captured plenty of photos. One family from Istanbul even celebrated their daughter’s birthday with a cake on the snow.
Visitor Deniz Safi said, “Abant is one of the valuable parks of our region. Every year we come here to celebrate my daughter Ada’s birthday. We love the nature, the weather, the people are very friendly, the tradesmen are good, we are happy that we came here.”
