SpaceX sent 4 astronauts to International Space Station

Elon Musk’s space company, SpaceX, sent 4 astronauts of the American National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) to the International Space Station (ISS) as part of the International Crew 6 mission. The Crew Dragon capsule, called Endeavour, carried Stephen Bowen and Warren Hoburg, as well as United Arab Emirates (UAE) astronaut Sultan Alneyadi and Russian Federal Space Agency (Roscosmos) cosmonaut Andrey Fedyaev. At 12:34 p.m. local time, the capsule was successfully launched from Florida’s Kennedy Space Center aboard a Falcon 9 rocket.

Meanwhile, the reusable lower-stage Falcon booster returned to Earth and successfully landed on a recovery vessel dubbed “Just Read the Instructions” floating in the Atlantic.

During the crew’s six-month science mission, they will conduct over 200 scientific studies and experiments in fields such as physics, technological development, and in-space manufacturing applications.
