Western countries’ sanctions against Russia as a result of its attacks on Ukraine have caused widespread panic in the country. Medical staff at the Kamchatka Oncology Center in Russia continued surgery undeterred during the 8.8 magnitude earthquake off the Kamchatka Peninsula. Security footage showed the surgical team staying calm amid intense tremors.
