Sultan Reeds National Park in Kayseri province of Turkey fascinates with its nature and various bird species it embraces. A total of 301 bird species, of which 69 regularly visit the area and 18 spend winters during unusual circumstances, have been identified.
Sultan Reeds National Park offers visitors breathtaking views with its 1,300-meter walking path, watchtowers, services such as horse riding and boat tours.
“There are main migration routes of migratory birds between Africa and Europe. Sultan Reeds is an important resting place on this route. Many bird species use here to breed, lay eggs and feed,” says Kayseri Nature Conservation and National Parks Manager.
