The unique beauty of sunset over the lake Van mesmerized locals and visitors in eastern Turkey. Taking its name from the capital Tuşba, the ancient kingdom of Urartian, the city welcomes people with it’s beautiful steppes and mountains. The mountain Erek, located near the lake in the province, is a hot spot for photographers as well as nature lovers. The mountain is one of the most beautiful places to experience the sunset and the shores of Lake Van with its altitude of 3,200 meters.
