Supporters of Palestine and Israel Counter Protest each other in New York

Palestinian supporters and Israel supporters held a counter-protest in Times Square in New York, USA. Demonstrators carrying Palestinian flags in their hands supported Hamas’ attacks against Israel and chanted slogans such as “Globalize the Intifada”, “Destroy the Settler Zionist State,” and “Free Palestine”. Meanwhile, Israeli supporters shouted “shame” and “murderers.” The New York police took extensive security measures in the area, and no physical contact was made.
