The “Teknofest Aerospace and Technology Festival” (TEKNOFEST) organized for the first time outside of Turkey and started on May 26 with enthusiasm in Azerbaijan’s capital city Baku and the festival will continue until May 29. Meanwhile, the Natiq Ritm Group took the stage with the flags of Turkey and Azerbaijan and held a show at the festival. At the opening ceremony of the festival, T3 Foundation Chairman of the Board of Trustees and Baykar Technology Leader Selçuk Bayraktar, Azerbaijan Digital Development and Transport Minister Reşad Nebiyev, Turkish Industry and Technology Minister Mustafa Varank made speeches.
“This is an example of friendship and brotherhood between our countries. The fact that the two countries hold this festival together is a message to the world. TEKNOFEST is a youth day,” Azerbaijani Digital Development and Transport Minister Reşad Nebiyev said in his statement.
“We are very happy to be together with our brothers in Baku. The expressions that best describe TEKNOFEST are teamwork, high technology, mobilization and belief. Today, we all see how important it is to have high technology for countries to maintain their independence and for nations to determine their own destiny,” Bayraktar said in his statement at the festival.
