The Beard of Prophet Muhammad was opened to the visit at the Ahmet Yesevi Mosque affiliated to the European Turkish-Islamic Union (ATİB) in the city of Cologne, Germany. The Beard of Prophet Muhammad protected in a special glass tube was opened with the accompaniment of takbirs and salawat. Meanwhile people those who lined up to see the Beard of Prophet Muhammad formed a long queue in the mosque.
“Since the Beard of Prophet Muhammad visits are limited in Islamic countries, more Ummah visits are provided by circulating mosques, Qur’an courses and institutions. The most visited period is during Ramadan. These visits are made until the Ramadan Feast,” Ahmet Yesevi Mosque Imam İdris Taşova said in his statement about the Beard of Prophet Muhammad visits.
