The Ministry of National Defense announced that the first plane in the evacuation of Turkish Armed Forces personnel from Afghanistan landed in Ankara successfully, and that the evacuations will continue.

SBU Chief Vasyl Malyuk said, “This is the third time we’ve hit the Crimean Bridge. It’s a legitimate target used for Russian military logistics. Crimea is Ukraine.”
The 19-kilometer bridge is strategically vital for Russia, linking it to Crimea, which it annexed in 2014.
