The “National Anatolian Eagle-2022/1 Training”, which started on April 4 at the 3rd Main Jet Base Command in Konya city of Turkey, was successfully completed. The training was carried out under day and night conditions with the participation of national elements affiliated to the Turkish Naval and Air Force Commands. Also, F-4E 2020 and F-16 aircrafts, KC-135R Aerial Refueling aircraft, E-7T Airborne Warning and Control aircraft and ANKA-S Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAV) participated in the training.
During the training, 283 sortie flights were performed, and also Air-Ground, Air-Air, Air Defense Pressure, Reconnaissance, High-Value Target Protection, Close Air Support, Airborne Refueling and Offensive Surface Elements missions were carried out jointly with the Blue Homeland-22 Exercise.
