Three waterspouts consecutively occurred off the coast of Bodrum, the famous tourism district of Turkey’s Muğla province, where torrential rains began in the morning. Although the waterspouts worried the citizens, they did not reach the land. Traffic and daily life in the district were disrupted by the rain. Manholes overflowed in some areas.
“Three waterspouts appeared one after another. One ended, and another started. It took twenty minutes in total,” said a citizen.
