In the wake of ongoing storms and heavy rains in the Eastern Mediterranean, a tornado struck Altınözü district of Hatay, Türkiye, specifically in the Sarıbük District, causing panic among residents. The sudden tornado uprooted around 40 olive trees in an agricultural area. Fortunately, the tornado occurred in a region distant from residential areas, preventing damage to houses. While the tornado gradually lost its impact and dissipated over time, the incident highlights the disruptive effects of recent severe weather conditions in the region.

After seven months of meticulous restoration, he gifted it to his 5-year-old grandson.
Acar said the car carries deep sentimental value and promised to recreate a photo taken with his schoolmate Talat, now battling cancer, in the same spot 41 years later. Restorer Ruhi Ozan described the project as “a labor of love,” turning the once-wrecked vehicle back into its original form.
