Türkiye has launched a landmark exhibition of 221 Trojan artifacts at Rome’s Colosseum, celebrating the deep mythological and historical connection between the two ancient civilizations. Speaking at the historic venue, Turkish Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy highlighted that 50 of these rare pieces are making their global debut. Building on the massive success of a previous Göbeklitepe showcase at the same site, this event cements a growing era of cultural diplomacy and mutual trust. Driven by this momentum, Ersoy announced upcoming exhibitions across the US, Europe, and Asia to continue sharing Anatolia’s millennia-old heritage with the world. Furthermore, he revealed a fresh direction for Türkiye’s global tourism brand, shifting toward modern digital storytelling and immersive cultural experiences to captivate international travelers.
