A total of 36 people were injured when a passenger plane was hit by turbulence that emerged due to bad weather shortly after taking off from Phoenix, USA, with 278 passengers and 10 crew members.
It was stated that there was a 14-month-old baby and a child among the injured, and 20 people, including 3 crew members, were hospitalized due to unconsciousness and various injuries. Eleven of the casualties were recorded to be in serious condition.
