President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, together with the President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, inaugurated the Fuzuli International Airport, the first airport built by Azerbaijan in the lands liberated from the occupation of Armenia. Erdogan became the first president to land at Fuzuli International Airport.

Within the scope of his visit, President Erdoğan will attend the opening ceremonies of the Ahmetbeyli-Füzüli-Şuşa, Ahmetbeyli-Horadiz-Mincivan-Ağbend highway and the groundbreaking ceremonies of the Smart Agriculture Campus, which will be built in Zangilan with the contribution of Turkey, together with Aliyev. Erdogan will visit the village of Smart in Zangilan province with Aliyev and hold a joint press conference.
