Turkish Cuisine Week, organized by the Turkish Embassy in Warsaw under the auspices of Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan’s wife First Lady Emine Erdoğan, continues. Meanwhile, the “Turkish Cuisine with Timeless Recipes” program is held as a part of the Turkish Cuisine Week events at the Intrata mansion on the Wilanow Palace premises in Poland’s capital city Warsaw. First Lady Erdoğan’s video message about Turkish Cuisine Week was watched in the event where Turkish dishes were introduced to many Polish and foreign guests. Then, Turkey’s Ambassador to Warsaw Cengiz Kamil Fırat informed the guests about the origin of Turkish cuisine, its historical development and the current position of Turkish cuisine in his speech. After the speeches, the guests were served a menu consisting of traditionally prepared “Fava”, Turkish “Analı Kızlı” meal, liver and water pudding. During the dinner, Turkish students studying at the Warsaw Fryderyk Chopin University played Turkish music and entertained the guests. At the event that ended with Turkish coffee and Turkish tea being served to the guests, the guests commented that “it was a wonderful and extraordinary experience” for the meals.
