While many cities in Türkiye struggle with cold weather and snow, local and foreign tourists flocked to the beaches in the tourist city of Antalya, where temperatures reached 20 degrees celsius, to make the most of the warm weather. Most people played beach volleyball, which is an indispensable activity on the beaches, and swam in the sea, which measured 17 degrees, while others went on boat tours.
“I came here with my children to spend the weekend. The weather is nice and warm. My kids swim in the sea and I watch them. Antalya and Alanya are indispensable for us; since Kayseri is cold, it is not possible for us to sit in these clothes; we are comfortable here,” said a Turk from Kayseri.
