Türkiye’s FM Attends ‘Board of Peace’ Signing In Davos

Hakan Fidan arrived in Davos, Switzerland, to attend the signing ceremony of the Gaza Peace Committee formed under the leadership of US President Donald Trump. Fidan will represent Türkiye at the ceremony, which is being held alongside the World Economic Forum, and will sign the committee’s charter. US Special Envoy Steve Witkoff said 25 countries accepted Trump’s invitation, including Israel, Azerbaijan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Pakistan. Several European countries, including France, Norway, Slovenia, and Sweden, declined to participate.
