Traditional dishes like beyran, kelle paça, and kebabs, inherited from Ottoman cuisine, are in high demand. Locals and visitors enjoy hearty meals featuring meat stews, pastries, and the city’s signature dessert, baklava.
Restaurant manager Ahmet Çadır highlighted the surge in demand, stating that Gaziantep remains a top destination for Ramadan dining. Resident Doğan Gültekin praised the city’s culinary heritage, calling it the “world’s kitchen” with its renowned dishes like eggplant kebab and yuvalama.
