Typhoon Nanmadol, taking effect in Japan as of yesterday, affects life negatively in Japan.  Due to the heavy rains and winds caused by the typhoon in many parts of the country, especially Okinawa and Kagoshima provinces, 4 million 30 thousand people living in 1 million 940 thousand households were issued with evacuation warning. The typhoon also caused power cuts in 58,810 households in Kagoshima and Miyazaki states, and damages on houses and businesses.

The typhoon also blocked airway and railroad transportation services in Japan. At least 550 flights were cancelled due to fierce winds. Railroad expeditions in certain regions are currently suspended.
